We have been awarded our “AA Covid Confident” certification.
I must say I was impressed with the diligence show by the AA in investigating our suitability to receive the award. They asked us to upload various documents to review rather than just accept our answer to question of ‘have you conducted a risk assessment’ or similar questions.
Yes, it was annoying that it took twice as long as originally promised to get the certification but I certainly would feel more confident in staying at an AA certified establishment rather than those certified by some other organisations.
